Terms, refunds & privacy

What you get
- One video: up to 60 seconds, one format (vertical, wide or square), one language, music included.
- First draft within 72 hours of payment (48 hours on the monthly plan), counted from when we have your payment and the assets listed in your brief.
- 2 rounds of edits. Each round is one consolidated list of changes (wording, order, colours, timing, swapping screens). A completely new concept after the first draft counts as a new video.
- Final file: HD MP4. Extra languages, formats and edit rounds are paid add-ons, agreed before we start.
Your content & ownership
You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us (logos, fonts, screenshots, footage, music, claims and numbers). Once paid, you own the final video and can use it anywhere, including paid ads. We may show it in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
Payment
After you send your brief we contact you with a secure payment link. Work starts once payment is received. The monthly plan renews each month and can be cancelled anytime before the next renewal; unused videos don't roll over.
Refunds
- Before we start working on your video: full refund.
- If the first draft clearly misses your brief, we redo it. If it still misses after the redo, we refund you in full and you keep nothing.
- Once the final video is delivered, or after both edit rounds are used, payments are not refundable.
Privacy
We collect what you type in the brief (name, email, phone, company, project details) and the files you upload, only to make your video and contact you about it. Briefs are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Drive). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Your files are deleted 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask. To access, correct or delete your data, reply to any email from us.
